1. Introduction

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Hyphen platform (the "Platform") and the tryhyphen.com services (the "Services") provided by Gaussian HQ Limited ("Gaussian HQ"), a Limited Liability Company regulated by the Corporate Affairs Commission. By using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are registered in Nigeria under the Registration Company Number RC 6908751 and have our registered address at PLOT P6, ROAD 12, VICTORIA GARDEN CITY, LEKKI, LAGOS STATE, NIGERIA.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means an account that you create on the Platform to access the Services.
• "Content" means any data, information, text, images, photos, videos, or other materials that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Platform or Services.
• "Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other proprietary rights.
• "Services" means the services provided by Gaussian HQ through the Platform, including but not limited to the ability to create and manage Accounts, upload and share Content, and automate tasks and workflows.
• "Platform" means the Hyphen platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile app, and API.
• "Financial Services" means the financial services provided by Gaussian HQ through the Platform, including but not limited to the ability to send and receive money, make payments, and access credit.

3. Eligibility

The Services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in countries of operations covered by the Platform.

4. Registration

To use the Services, you must create an Account. When you create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

5. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to:

• Upload, submit, or otherwise make available Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload, submit, or otherwise make available Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Platform or Services.
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform or Services.
